Sales Manager (32-40 hours per week) - Amsterdam

Youbahn is the largest broadcasting platform in the Netherlands. We are the challenger in the temporary employment landscape, our platform brings supply and demand together without the intervention of intermediaries or consultants. In short, a solution for every organization that is looking for flexible staff. We have many users (contractors) on the platform who put together their own working week. This means we can always provide clients, both large and small, with staff.

What will you do in this challenging job?

In this sales role you will close deals for larger clients, the size of a deal must on average result in a turnover of 1 million euros. You also know what % gross margin is appropriate. You take Youbahn to the next level of sales companies with your experience and network.

We are a young scale-up that is currently growing extremely fast. This means constant improvement of processes. You are the one who proactively drives this.

In summary:

• Building a network and attracting large clients (with a minimum turnover potential of 1 million);
• Transfer your knowledge and experience to colleagues;
• Position yourself as an expert within the industry;
• Writing and negotiating proposals;
• Customer management, customer retention and customer development.

Who are you and what do you bring?

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a sales role in the temporary employment and/or HR industry;
• You are enterprising, self-starting and young at heart;
• You enjoy transferring your knowledge and experience to less experienced colleagues.
