Senior Sales Manager - HealthTech AI

Responsibilities:

- Drive the brand’s success by managing successfully existing key clients, but also expand their business portfolio (focus on the US Market mostly - large firms)

- Manage end-to-end the full client journey (acquisition, onboarding, retention)

- Bringing in new ways of working and enhancing the overall sales strategy, being hands on involved in the full business development cycle

- Meeting and exceeding quarterly sales targets

- Developing strong relationships with customers and managing key stakeholders

- Creating and delivering sales presentations and demos

- Managing sales tasks via CRM software (Hubspot)

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience

- Become the brand’s ambassador for events and conferences to represent LANGaware


Job requirements

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Sr.Sales Position (preferably in healthcare, pharma, or technology)

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

- Excellent command in English Language (Speaking & Written)

- Strong communication & cross-functional collaboration skills

- Experience with CRM software e.g Hubspot and sales/marketing materials

- Enthusiasm for new technologies and continuous learning

- Resourceful, Resilient, Proactive, Organised and Self-Driven

- Familiarity with SaaS B2B, Start-up environments


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with HealthTech companies and major verticals

- Professional background in neurodegenerative or psychiatric conditions

- Affinity with the US healthcare market (ideally technology oriented)

- MBA degree
