About the job

Oneteam is looking for a Marketing Manager who takes full ownership of the execution and coordination of all marketing activities. You’re not alone in this; you work closely with the founders and a group of talented freelancers in the areas of design, website development, videography, video editing, and online advertising via LinkedIn & Google Ads. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that all marketing activities are carried out effectively. The current marketing strategy focuses on LinkedIn, Meta and Google ads, SEO content, website optimization, social media, lead magnets, marketing automation (HubSpot), podcasts and video content. And you, as Marketing Manager, will use your expertise as a T-shaped marketer to take all these channels to the next level!  

Responsibilities

You’re overall responsible for all marketing channels and activities. That means you focus on:  

  • Managing CRM flows and ensuring strong marketing automation in HubSpot.  

  • Managing all social media content (in English). 

  • Setting up and coordinating partner marketing.  

  • Organizing webinars and offline events.  

  • Creating case studies and the newsletter.  

  • Organizing the Oneteam podcast.  

  • Making and maintaining reports on all marketing results.  

Collaborating with and coordinating a team of freelancers, including:

  • Designers for visuals and branding.  

  • Web developers for Webflow updates and optimizations.  

  • Videographers and video editors for marketing content.  

  • LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads specialists for performance marketing.  

Job requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, and you’ve completed a marketing-related study. 

  • You have broad marketing knowledge and have basic experience with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).  

  • You’re energetic, enthusiastic, and like to take initiative yourself.  

  • You’re creative and with a keen eye for design.  

  • You speak fluent English and Dutch.  

  • Experience at a fast-growing SaaS organization is a huge plus.
