In the role of Service Delivery Manager, you ensure that our customers can make optimal use of our mobility platform NS Go.Are you enthusiastic, enterprising and analytical? This is what you will do
As Service Delivery Manager you ensure customer satisfaction of existing customers with regard to the NS Go service provision. You do this in collaboration with the Account Manager, working at NS. What exactly you will do:

  • You are the expert in the customer environment of your customers. You know exactly how the mobility policy of the customer is set up and are continuously working on optimizing the quality of the edge environment.
  • You know the customer's policy and NS Go technical setup in detail.
  • You monitor the overarching operational quality level of customer service provision through agreed SLA KPIs.
  • You coordinate top priority incidents and take the lead in escalations.
  • You guide the customer in expanding the NS Go platform.
  • You internally follow up on improvement or change requests from the customer, including aftercare.
  • You develop improvement plans in the areas of quality and service.
  • You monitor the financial aspects at the customer (such as invoices and one-off costs).

Job requirements

  • HBO or WO work and thinking level
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Analytical skills, you are able to get to the bottom of things and make connections
  • Strong affinity with IT
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Solution-oriented

At NS Mobility Services you will work in a dynamic and growing scale-up with a stable NS organization as parent company. Our enthusiastic team of over 45 colleagues will welcome you with open arms at our office in Breda station. What else can you expect from us?

  • A one-year contract of 40 hours per week, with 36 or 32 hours also negotiable
  • A monthly salary, 8% end-of-year bonus, a flexible mobility policy (of course!) and at least 6 weeks of vacation per year
