As we continue to expand our presence and expertise, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in one of our locations.


Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager who will own the strategy and execution of content creation and event marketing to attract both companies and top talent. In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling content across multiple channels and creating events that position RocketPeople as a go-to partner for recruitment. You will work closely with the sales team to align on campaigns and use data-driven insights to optimize content and event strategies for maximum impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to engage potential clients (B2B), including blogs, social media, newsletters, and video content.
  • Leverage data analytics to understand target audiences, measure content performance, and continually optimize strategies to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Design and deliver creative campaigns that resonate with our target market—scaling tech companies and high-caliber digital talent.
  • Plan, manage, and execute events, both virtual and in-person, that enhance brand visibility and provide networking opportunities for prospective clients and candidates.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to align content and event strategies with business development goals, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Craft engaging narratives and thought leadership content that builds RocketPeople’s brand as a trusted partner in the recruitment industry.
  • Develop a calendar of events, webinars, and content releases that drive continuous engagement and position RocketPeople as a leader in the recruitment and tech sectors.
  • Optimize content for SEO and social media platforms to drive traffic and increase the visibility of our brand.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of content and event initiatives, using insights to iterate and refine future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table for content creation and event formats.

Job requirements

For this role we are not seeking a creative marketeer focused solely on social media, photography, copywriting, or branding. Instead, we need a data- and sales-driven content marketeer who understands our audience and can craft strategic campaigns that are both effective and measurable. This role demands someone who can not only execute these campaigns but also analyze conversion data to continuously optimize and drive more sales. The ideal candidate must leverage the latest marketing technologies to achieve tangible business results, ensuring that our marketing efforts are directly aligned with our sales goals.


  • At least 3-5 years of dedicated Content Marketing experience, preferably B2B (candidates without will not be considered)
  • Proven experience in content marketing and event management, ideally within the recruitment, tech, or B2B services industry.
  • Strong ability to create and manage a wide range of content formats, from written to visual media, with a clear understanding of what drives engagement and conversions.
  • Data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience using analytics tools to measure performance, understand audience behavior, and optimize campaigns.
  • Hands on experience with systems like Hubspot, Salesforce or similar. 
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with both corporate clients and top-tier talent.
  • Experience planning and executing successful events, including networking events, webinars, and industry conferences.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and content distribution channels.
  • Creative thinker who can generate fresh ideas to differentiate RocketPeople in a competitive market.
  • Confident personality that can take charge and is not scared to own our marketing efforts by themselves.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a passion for making a measurable impact.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Greek or Spanish is a plus.
