About the position
As the Solution Architect for Digital Channels, you’ll take ownership of the full technical vision behind the customer-facing platforms. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, UX teams and development external partners to deliver solutions that are fast, reliable and seamlessly integrated. Whether it’s a new self-service feature on a website or a deeper integration between a mobile app and back-end systems, you’ll make sure everything works together—now and in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the architecture for websites, mobile apps and portals that serve hundreds of thousands of users

  • Lead the design of secure, scalable integrations between front-end channels and back-end systems

  • Collaborate with product, design and business teams to turn customer needs into technical solutions

  • Promote best practices in API design, cloud architecture (Azure) and microservices

  • Guide vendors and internal teams on implementation, performance tuning and platform evolution

  • Contribute to broader architectural governance, ensuring alignment across platforms

  • Stay on top of digital technology trends and bring new ideas to the table

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, ideally in web/mobile platforms

  • Strong knowledge of .NET Core, Angular, and Microsoft Azure services

  • Experience designing APIs and building secure, scalable integrations

  • Solid understanding of front-end frameworks, RESTful services, and authentication (e.g., IdentityServer4)

  • Ability to translate business goals into requirements and requirements into actionable technical solutions through business analysis

  • Clear communicator, comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams

  • Experience with DevExpress, Azure DevOps, and enterprise cloud-native environments is a plus
