About the role
As a CRM Solution Architect, you’ll be responsible for leading the design and implementation of a CRM landscape, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with other systems such as billing and ERP. You will work closely with internal teams and third party vendors to build future-proof architectures that balance business needs, user experience and technical scalability. You will also act as the go-to person for CRM-related projects, advising on best practices, data flow, and technical decisions across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the technical design and integration strategy for the Salesforce CRM platform 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, development teams and vendors to shape scalable, secure solutions 

  • Define architectural guidelines that align with performance, scalability, and regulatory requirements 

  • Lead CRM-related projects and ensure smooth integration with OSB (Oracle Service Bus) and billing systems

  • Translate business processes into technical workflows and data models within the CRM

  • Perform Business Analysis activities with the business stakeholders

  • Stay up to date with Salesforce capabilities and roadmap to ensure long-term alignment 

  • Contribute to broader IT architecture across the company 

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, software development or related IT roles, with a focus on CRM and system integrations 

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, development, and configuration 

  • Hands-on experience with integration platforms, ideally Oracle Service Bus (OSB) 

  • Strong grasp of enterprise architecture principles, data flows and API management 

  • Excellent communication and business analysis skills, ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus

  • Experience in the telecommunications, utilities or energy sector is a bonus, but not required
