As a Growth Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving and executing strategic initiatives that contribute to the expansion and success of our organization. This dynamic position involves a wide range of responsibilities, from cultivating strategic partnerships to exploring new distribution channels, getting innovative products to market, and addressing various business challenges. You must be an analytically minded and hands-on self-starter who can balance risk while focusing on customer-centricity. You will join a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our vision. Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development:
- Execute existing partnerships, identify and establish new partnerships with key organizations, both local and international.
- Help in negotiation together with the team and cultivate relationships with partners for mutual benefit, focusing on distribution, data, and other strategic collaborations.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts to facilitate partnership opportunities.
- Distribution Channel Expansion:
- Monitor and assess the performance of existing distribution channels, proposing improvements as needed.
- Research and analyze potential distribution channels to enhance market reach and create new customer journeys which serve the local customer better than the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize new distribution strategies.
- Product Launch and Innovation:
- Help in delivering new products to the market together with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with product development teams to identify market needs and opportunities for new product development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to contribute to innovative product strategies.
- Problem Solving:
- Analyze business challenges and develop strategic solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective problem-solving initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of implemented solutions, iterating as necessary.
- Perform market analytics including macro, market trends, competitor analytics and other forms of ad-hoc analyses to inform the problem solving and strategy process.
- Technology Rollout:
- Drive the introduction and implementation of our technologies in Romania and the broader regional market. In collaboration with the central IT team.
- Collaborate with local teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of technologies.
- Provide support and training as needed to ensure successful technology rollout.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- 2+ years of prior proven experience in business development, growth management, partnership management, and product launch.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and functions.
- Familiarity with the technology landscape and market trends.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
