Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Art Director to bring creative concepts to life across digital and offline channels in the Southern Eastern European markets. In this role, you will transform ideas and strategies into visually impactful campaigns that reflect Hellas Direct’s brand values and objectives.
As part of our in-house marketing team, you will work closely with our Creative Director, and will collaborate with a dynamic team of copywriters, designers, and performance marketers to craft visually striking and impactful campaigns that deeply connect with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop visual concepts and execute creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online activations.
● Support the Creative Director to ensure all creative assets are consistent with Hellas Direct’s brand identity, values, and strategic objectives.
● Partner closely with copywriters, designers, performance marketers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into visually compelling campaigns.
● Support the production process of TV ads by coordinating with external vendors, photographers, and videographers as needed.
● Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute fresh ideas and keep Hellas Direct’s creative output competitive.
● Uphold high-quality standards across all creative deliverables, paying attention to detail to ensure excellence.
● Provide insights and creative solutions to enhance customer engagement and drive measurable results.

● Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar leadership role in advertising or marketing.

● Partial availability for synchronous work, during Greek business hours (GMT+2)

● Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects across digital and traditional media.
● Expertise in graphic design, typography, branding principles, and motion graphics/video production
● Proficiency in design and production tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
● Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
● Fluency in English.
● Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and the ability to align creative work with measurable goals.
