Client Implementation Engineer - NS GO

NS GO is a subsidiary company of NS (Dutch Railway company), located in Breda, that provides a Mobility platform to corporate clients. The platform helps companies manage the mobility of their employees, allowing them to handle various modes of transportation such as bikes, cars, and public transport efficiently. The goal is to reduce administrative efforts related to mobility, streamline processes, and contribute to environmental sustainability.

As a Client Implementation Engineer, you will be focusing  on achieving the successful and timely technical implementation of new customers on our platform. This involves analysing and adapting the system according to client requirements, constantly updating implementations via Request for Change processes, and collaborating with various internal teams to provide top quality services.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with Project Managers to refine customer requirements;
• Consult with Project Managers and support colleagues to provide the best possible user experience for our customers;
• Perform changes based on Request for Changes (RFCs);
• Adapt the platform based on customer requirements in a sustainable, effective, and efficient manner;
• Maintain customer-specific aspects of the platform by fixing bugs or resolving other issues;
• Provide technical support to Support and Delivery team (such a L2 support);
• Monitor and ensure compliance within your domain regarding Quality, Privacy, and Information Security;
  

What you need to be successful:

• HBO working and thinking level;
• Basic knowledge of Git, PHP, SQL and HTML. Knowledge of the Laravel framework is a plus;
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English;
• Strong analytical skills and logical thinking ability;
• Enhanced communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Able to work and operate in a fast-paced and challenging environment;
• Aware of the guidelines around information security & privacy that apply to the responsibilities of this position;
• Located in the Netherlands, ideally close to the company's office in Breda.
