We have a scalable platform and a development team that is able to make rapid progress. Over the past period we have invested heavily in data collection. It is up to you as a Business Analyst to convert this into useful insights.


What are you going to work on? 

You will become part of the product team (UX, product management & data). Because of your expertise and experience in a similar role, you take direct ownership of the data collection and applications for a consumer product that is growing to more than a million customers. This is due to, among other things:

  • Perform in-depth data analysis to understand product behavior, user patterns, and experimental results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from different disciplines to share this data and implement improvements based on it.
  • Formulating and testing hypotheses to assess the impact of product changes on data.
  • Create clear reports and visualizations to make findings and recommendations transparent to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineering teams and other stakeholders to coordinate and manage A/B testing.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices in the field of experimentation and data analysis, contributing to the optimization of analytical processes.

What do we expect from you? 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in a discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or a similar field. 
  • Demonstrable experience as a Data Analyst with an emphasis on consumer products, preferably in a senior or managerial role (3-5 years). 
  • Experience with A/B testing and you are able to guide the organization towards a more data and test-driven culture. 
  • Understanding of statistical concepts and experience in applying statistical methods to practical issues. 
  • Experience with data analysis tools and knows how to visualize this well; 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey complex findings in an understandable manner. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide data-driven insights. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and contribute to a culture of data-driven decision making. 
  • Preferably experience at an app and/or website developer aimed at consumers. 
  • Comfort in working in a fast-paced environment and willing to adapt to evolving business needs.
