Role Overview We are looking for experienced Implementation Associates to manage and execute customer onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of Base.com solutions into their operations. In this role, you will work closely with e-commerce retailers and brands to understand their requirements, deliver tailored solutions, and support their success.

Job requirements

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for Base.com customers in Greece.

Analyze customer requirements, provide tailored recommendations, and implement best-practice solutions.

Deliver technical demos and training sessions for customers during onboarding.

Configure and customize Base.com systems to meet client needs.

Design and implement solutions to optimize clients' workflows and e-commerce operations.

Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during system integration, minimizing downtime.

Work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, product, and support) to enhance customer success.

Evaluate project success by measuring outcomes against set goals and KPIs.

Support customers with additional integrations and third-party tools to enhance their Base.com system.

Represent Base.com at key industry events and support on-site customer implementations where required.

Requirements

3+ years of experience implementing SaaS e-commerce solutions.

Solid understanding of the Greek e-commerce landscape and experience working with e-commerce retailers and brands.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to tailor solutions to customer needs.

Fluent in Greek, with very good proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP.

Experience working with ERP systems.

Hands-on experience configuring and managing online stores.
