About the job

UAB-Online is looking for a senior and results-oriented full-cycle Account Executive to join the growing sales team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. If you are passionate about driving sales and contributing to the success of a dynamic company, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industries within the maritime transport sector.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of UAB-Online's solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of services for new clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • And, of course, achieve and exceed your sales targets and quotas.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the maritime transport sector is a huge plus, but not a must
